Report Cost/Auditing Fees

Level I Report - $800 for new and updated Reports. All existing reports are updated, and the facility contacted, upon purchase to reflect the current status of the facility.

Level II Report - $1,600 + travel expenses (typical total cost to client is less than $2,000 per report). This price is for a dedicated audit (one client only).

Note1: Published Level II Reports up to one year old may also be purchased with permission of the audited facility. Price is typically half of original fee (i.e., $800 for a 6 month old Report) and information in the Report is updated as necessary.

Note 2: Multiple clients requesting the same report benefit from a lower shared price (10% discount per additional client and sharing of travel expenses).

Level III Reports: Pricing is based on additional travel expenses and daily consutling fee.
