O'Brien Environmental Services (O.E.S.) is an Austin, Texas, based environmental consulting firm specializing in risk assessment/approval auditing of waste management and recycling facilities. Randy O'Brien, the owner, has a Masters Degree in Environmental Management and a Bachelors of Science Degree in Biology. He has been involved with risk assessment/environmental compliance auditing of waste management and industrial facilities since 1995. O.E.S. was established in 2000 in Austin, Texas. Prior to 2000, Randy O'Brien (owner and lead auditor) was the audit coordinator for the Environmental Resource Center and with AuditSource as a partner/manager, auditor, technical writer, and researcher. He managed the Desktop (informational audits) Program for AuditSource until leaving in 1999 to open O'Brien Environmental Services. To date, he has performed over 1,000 waste management facility audits.
